Your personal history and circumstances make your chronic pain issues unique to you. This service is tailored for you and your chronic ailment. We will work to discover the source of your pain if unknown, and tailor a treatment plan once a diagnosis is made.
Physician Services
We provide medical director and physician services for businesses needing a contract physician. Current and prior clients have included assisted-living facilities, employer-sponsored direct primary care services, hospice organizations, nursing homes, palliative care organizations and urgent care facilities.
